Paul Sweeney, Economic Adviser to the Irish Congress of Trade Unions, has degrees in economics from Trinity College Dublin.
He is a Council member of the Statistical and Social Enquiry Society of Ireland and a member of the National Statistics Board.
His fifth book, Ireland’s Economic Success, was published in 2008.
