Ireland's Competitiveness Challenge is an annual publication from the National Competitiveness Council that outlines the main challenges facing the business sector in Ireland over the medium term and highlights the policy responses required to meet them.

This year's report highlights three priority areas which are vital to supporting Ireland’s competitiveness: supporting cost competitiveness, enhancing productivity and building innovative enterprises.

The report assesses Ireland’s current position in each of these three areas and sets out a range of actions to enhance Ireland’s performance.
